What this site is
Gun Show Schedules is an informational event directory operated by Scout Theory LLC. It publishes dates, venues, and organizer details for gun, knife, and outdoor shows.
This is not a marketplace. We do not sell, offer, broker, advertise, list, or facilitate the sale or transfer of firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories. We host no classifieds and no private-party listings, and we do not connect buyers with sellers. Any transaction you enter into is entirely between you and the other party, wherever it occurs.
Accuracy and the limits of it
We verify listings against primary sources and publish the last-checked date on every card. That is a real commitment and we take it seriously.
It is also not a guarantee. Shows are cancelled, moved, rescheduled, and rebranded by promoters, sometimes with no notice. Venues close. Hours change at the door.
You are responsible for confirming details with the promoter or venue before travelling. Listing information is provided "as is" and without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. We are not liable for costs, losses, or wasted trips arising from a listing that turned out to be wrong or out of date.

Firearm law differs by state, county, and municipality, and it changes. Nothing on this site — including blog content, guides, and reference material — constitutes legal advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

Acceptable use

Submitted content
By submitting a listing or other material, you confirm you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, format, and distribute it as part of the directory.
We may decline, edit, or remove any submission for any reason, including a submission we cannot verify.
Intellectual property
Site design, original written content, and the compiled arrangement of the directory are the property of Scout Theory LLC and protected by copyright. Individual factual event details are not claimed as proprietary.
Promoter, venue, and company names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation in either direction.
Third-party links
The site links to promoter sites, venue sites, mapping services, lodging providers, and retailers. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, products, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.
