Submitting a show
Free, permanently. A national calendar with holes in it is not worth using, so we would rather have your dates than charge you for them.
Send these and your show goes into the review queue:

Sending a full-season schedule at once is fine and preferred — a link to your schedule page beats a list in an email body.
Reporting a correction
Wrong date, wrong address, cancelled show, closed venue: tell us. Corrections jump the queue ahead of everything else, because a stale listing sends people on a wasted drive and that is the one failure this site cannot afford.
Include the show name, the state, and what is wrong. A link to the corrected information gets it live fastest.

We sell placement to promoters and endemic businesses. Ask for the current rate card.

Every show you run for the year, featured, at a rate below booking them one at a time.
State-Page Placement
Banner inventory targeted to a single state, so you are not paying for traffic from three time zones away.

A dedicated send to the subscriber segment for one state.
What we will not sell: position in the standard calendar. Featured placement is labelled as such, always. The ordering of regular listings is not for sale at any price — the moment it is, the calendar stops being worth reading.
What we cannot help with
- Buying, selling, or transferring firearms. We are a calendar and have no involvement in any transaction.
- Legal questions. We cannot advise on carry reciprocity, transport rules, transfer requirements, or what is legal at a given show. Ask a licensed attorney in that jurisdiction.
- Admission, refunds, or vendor disputes. Those belong to the promoter running the show. Their contact is on the listing.
- Venue policy. Bag rules, carry rules, parking, and ADA access are set by the venue. Call them.
